OKR assessment
Objective 1,5,6 were “delivered”
- Objective 1: Executed survey in the beginning, condensed insights, and shared in a comprehensive manner. Were happy with the tangibility of the results and their translation into educating our work and the work of other Pods that we specifically shared the sections relevant to their work with. Participants were 50% of the desired number + shared insights a couple of days late which was partly due to coordination challenges in the beginning (Pod members working part-time and in 3 different time zones). Learning to streamline this going forward, which now by default is given looking at the current Pod set-up (Finance Lead & Strategy Lead same timezone and aligned through several check-in slots per week).
- Objective 4: Key objective on the strategy side of things. Found a good working model with Rabiat (counterpart from Groda on ideation) from the get-go. Conducted key deliverables of market research, customer interviews, and ad-hoc ideation tasks (problem-solution tree, monetization analyses, ideation scorecard process, UX journey, etc.) always on time. For quantifiable KRs slightly done more (e.g., interviews). One big thing not delivered (0%) was the survey on Onboarding Toolkit. This is due to the fact that we simply didn’t reach the point for that product. Learning on this side is a collaboration with Groda is key. For the next cycle given the newly sharpened focus from broad ideation to narrow this needs to be instilled again.
- Objective 5: Pod transparency established through monthly reports. Happy with the extensiveness of reporting + updates that we gave on top of that. But gave us 50% for the last report as delivered with substantial delay. Learning here to prioritize the timely delivery of reports more. This has been the first thing to be prioritized given the number of more urgent tasks last cycle.
Objectives 3 “made progress but fell short of completion”.
Objectives 2, 4 “failed completion”.
- Caused by Exa and Pvls offboarding. BIG learning here that the initial set-up was extremely challenging with 3 people never having worked together and with very different working styles and mindsets. Now having gone through the changes and working on onboarding a contributor that exactly matches the demand profile + is aligned in working style in mindset - extremely confident about the new Pod setup with Levi being able to deliver Finance tasks to complete satisfaction and now even taking on Risk tasks.
