Achievements
- Delivered on significant milestones across the two workstreams of Strategy and Finance despite challenges faced.
- In Strategic Finance, established a treasury management framework, treasury operating model, conducted cash flow analysis and financial flow mapping, and delivered a financial report.
- In Product Strategy*,* kept quality of product ideation support, conducting stakeholder interviews, market research, and specific analytical tasks
Handling Contributor Offboarding
- Efficiently replaced offboarded contributors with Levi in the Strategic Finance workstream this cycle and strengthened the robustness of the Pod. Successfully handed over tasks to Bernard now that Dima is moving on to Groda Pod.
- Redistributed out-of-capacity tasks to Panda/Groda with assistance from the People Pod.
Learnings
- Recognized the significance of aligning work styles and timezones, observing that shared work hours and preferences improve coordination and effectiveness.
- Understood the need for clear responsibilities to avoid confusion, especially in cross-Pod interactions, leading to the decision to appoint a single lead per Pod.
- Acknowledged the importance of cross-Pod collaboration, ensuring clear ownership and delegated tasks for improved efficiency and productivity.
