As described in the Gro DAO OKR guidance, at the end of an OKR cycle, pods must conduct self-assessments to evaluate performance against OKRs, celebrate achievements, and plan and improve for the future.

Assessment

The screenshot above illustrates the Panda Pod’s overall performance against their OKRs (as outlined in the Gro DAO OKR guidance). Objectives 1, 4, and 5 were “delivered” while objectives 2 and 3 “made progress but fell short of completion”.

Commentary

Learnings that will be taken forward into the Panda Pod 2nd OKR Cycle:

The first three months of the Panda Pod were marked by constant adjustment, first in the need to support risk functions as a priority given changes in other pods’ team members, then by changes to the ecosystem as the preferred bridging solution suffered from key personnel risk. As we head into the second cycle, we know that the only constant in this space is change, and that we will continue to need to be adaptable on how we construct and update our objectives to best capture opportunities in the space for Gro DAO.
