As described in the Gro DAO OKR guidance, at the end of an OKR cycle, pods must conduct self-assessments to evaluate performance against OKRs, celebrate achievements, and plan and improve for the future.
The screenshot above illustrates the Panda Pod’s overall performance against their OKRs (as outlined in the Gro DAO OKR guidance). Objectives 2 was “delivered” while objectives 1, 3, 4 “made progress but fell short of completion”. Overall we delivered on 145% of the 100% OKRs due to the delivery of strategy research above our OKR target.

Learnings that will be taken forward into the Panda Pod 2nd OKR Cycle:
In this second term, these unforseen events, including lvUSD product having material TVL reductions soon after we completed our research, caused us to have to discard or be unable to realize the value of some of the work that we accomplished. However, we were able to turn this into positives as we focused our time and efforts on things that we could control.
