Commentary

Learnings that will be taken forward into the People Pods 2nd OKR Cycle:

Given that this was our pod's first 3-month OKR cycle, and considering the significant changes that have taken place within the DAO recently, we're pleased with our overall performance. Most importantly, this experience has provided us with valuable insights into how we work as a pod and with other DAO pods/ members, as well as a better understanding of how long it takes to complete tasks of the expected quality standard under the umbrella of this DAO.

The People Pod’s updated OKR’s for cycle 2 (May-July 2023) are being updated here.
