As described in the Gro DAO OKR guidance, at the end of an OKR cycle, pods must conduct self-assessments to evaluate performance against OKRs, celebrate achievements, and plan and improve for the future.

The table above illustrates the People Pod’s overall performance against their OKRs (as outlined in the Gro DAO OKR guidance). Objectives 1, 2, 4, 5 were “delivered” while objective 3 “made progress but fell short of completion”.

*Caveat: certain objectives (i.e. 1 and 2) required more time and effort than others, as illustrated by the number of encompassing key results.

Commentary

Learnings that will be taken forward into the People Pods 3rd OKR Cycle:

Compared to the People Pod’s cycle 1 OKRs (with an average completion rate of 78%), in cycle 2, the People Pod achieved an average completion rate of 79% - which illustrates sustained performance. Overall, the People Pod is pleased with its performance, and is excited to continue operating for the rest of its current term.
